Acquisition of ISO14001 certification

MOL Drybulk Ltd. (President: Kazuhiko Kikuchi, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter “our company”) is pleased to announce that our company has obtained ISO 14001 certification, an international standard for environment management system.

Our company has set forth “Safety First” and “Preserve the Environment” in the eight commitments in our corporate philosophy, and has been steadily promoting action plans. As one of the three main strategies in our management plan Blue Action 2035, we are striving to comply with laws and regulations, reduce environmental impact, and achieve the environmental goals set forth in the MOL Group Environmental Vision 2.2.

Management of Ship’s Safe Operation and Environmental Technology Support, and Management of Ship Management Company (ships and ship operational activities are excluded.)
Registered Certification Organization: DNV Business Assurance Japan K.K.
