MOL Drybulk Ltd. to Succeed MOL Group’s Small- and Medium- sized Bulk Carrier Business, Wood Chip Carrier Business and Panamax Business (excluding services for steel manufacturers and domestic electric power companies)

MOL Drybulk Ltd. (MOL Drybulk; President: Kazuhiko Kikuchi, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President: Takeshi Hashimoto, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) will transfer its small- and medium- sized bulk carrier business, wood chip carrier business and Panamax businesses (excluding services for steel manufacturers and domestic electric power companies to MOL Drybulk through a company split (simplified absorption-type company split) effective as of April 1, 2022.
