Organizational Restructuring
Tokyo, March 5, 2025 – MOL Drybulk Ltd. (MOLDB; President & CEO: Koichi Hirata) announces the following organizational restructuring, effective April 1, 2025.
1.Organizational Restructuring

- Establish the Business Management Division and integrate the functions of the Business Planning Division, Human Resources & Administration Division (excluding Human Resources functions), and Corporate Planning Division (excluding Budget Management and Organizational Management).
- Reorganize the Human Resources & Administration Division into the Human Resources Management Division.
- Establish the BLUE ACTION Office.
This reorganization will consolidate and streamline administrative operations and strengthen internal controls and governance. In addition, as global business development progresses, we will build a system that enables consistent responses, including personnel management and employee engagement at overseas bases. In addition, we have established the BLUE ACTION Office, which is responsible for the overall management of the entire management plan and the overall management and supervision of various environmental and DX strategies, aiming for sustainable growth.
