Organizational Changes and Changes in Executive Officer’s Responsibility

Tokyo, February 14, 2025 – MOL Drybulk Ltd. (MOLDB; President & CEO: Koichi Hirata) announces the following organizational changes and change in the areas of responsibility for executive officers, effective March 1, 2025.

１．Organizational Change

The current Wind Team will be separated from the existing Project Cargo Division, strengthening our structure with a two-division system: the “Project Cargo Division” and the “Wind Cargo Division.”
This reorganization aims to enhance our transportation capabilities in response to the increasing demand for the transport of wind turbine equipment and related components, driven by the progress of wind power plant construction in Japan and neighboring countries.
Through this initiative, we will establish a system that enables us to provide highly specialized and safe transportation plans for project owners and manufacturers.
Additionally, the former Project Cargo Division will remain its name but will further strengthen its specialization.
